Welcome to the online booking facility of Star Imaging & Path Lab Limited. By accessing, browsing, or booking through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1 General Terms

The online booking facility is available for diagnostic tests and scans offered by Star Imaging & Path Lab Limited.

All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

Star Imaging & Path Lab Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request without assigning any reason.

2 Booking & Payment

Bookings are considered valid only after successful payment of the required advance (if applicable).

Payments can be made online via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other approved payment gateways.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, charges applicable at the time of booking will remain final for that booking.

3. Appointment & Reporting

Patients are required to arrive at the center at the specified reporting time. Delays may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the test, subject to availability. Reports will be delivered as per the timelines communicated during booking. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, for which the company shall not be held liable.

4 Patient Responsibility

Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking. Star Imaging & Path Lab Limited shall not be responsible for consequences arising out of false or incomplete information.

Patients are required to follow all pre-test and post-test instructions as advised. Non-compliance may affect test results and the validity of reports.

5 Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide timely and accurate services, Star Imaging & Path Lab Limited shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused due to:

Force Majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, technical failures).

Patient’s failure to follow instructions or report on time.

Issues attributable to third-party payment gateways or banking systems.

6 Privacy & Data Security

All patient information collected during online booking will be handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for completing the diagnostic process.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of online bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

8 Acceptance of Terms

By booking a test through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
