Return & Refund Policy

General Refunds

In the event that a test is not performed or is canceled within 24 hours of the booking date, any advance amount deposited shall be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 15 (fifteen) working days via RTGS / NEFT / Cheque / or the original payment gateway used.

For tests requiring special biomolecules or radioactive molecules ordered specifically for a patient, necessary deductions will be applied prior to refund.

Advance amounts deposited for PET Scan tests are strictly non-refundable.

PET-CT Scan Specific Policy

PET-CT isotopes/medicinal doses (e.g., FDG, DOTA, PSMA) are time-sensitive and lose efficacy if the patient is late for the scheduled appointment.

In case of a same-day cancellation, no-show, or late arrival, the advance amount will be forfeited in full.

Patients are required to inform at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment for any cancellation, so that procurement of the isotope can be postponed.

A cancellation fee of ₹5,000 will be charged in the event of:

No-show

Late-show

Cancellation after 8:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled PET-CT scan.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, shall be initiated only upon validation by the accounts team and after deduction of applicable charges (if any).

The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by banking channels or third-party payment gateways.

Acceptance of Policy

By booking a test or scan with Star Imaging & Path Lab Limited, the patient acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above Refund and Cancellation Policy.
